LLP Form 11

Annual Return

Due: Annually, by 30 May

Form 11 is the LLP’s Annual Return — a summary of who its partners and designated partners are, and of the LLP’s basic structure, as it stood on 31 March.
It’s due every year by 30 May, for every LLP, whether or not it did any business during the year and regardless of turnover.
Like Form 8, a missed deadline attracts a late fee of ₹100 per day with no upper limit, so the cost of delay adds up quickly the longer it’s left unfiled.
Form 11 and Form 8 cover different things — one is the partner/structure summary, the other is the financial solvency statement — and filing one does not excuse filing the other. Both are required every year.
Last Note

If your business could only get one thing right, make it the structure.

That is what we help you decide. Then we file it, register it, and keep it compliant year after year.
