The following resolution was passed by the partners:
- RESOLVED THAT a current account be opened in the name of [LLP Name] LLP with [Bank Name], [Branch Address].
- RESOLVED FURTHER THAT [Partner/Designated Partner Name(s)] be and are hereby authorised to operate the said account, singly/jointly, including to sign cheques, make deposits and withdrawals, and give standing instructions on behalf of the LLP.
- RESOLVED FURTHER THAT [Partner/Designated Partner Name] be and is hereby authorised to submit this resolution, the LLP's KYC documents, and any other papers the bank requires to give effect to this resolution.
For closing an existing account instead, replace resolution 1 with: "RESOLVED THAT the LLP's current account no. [Account Number] with [Bank Name] be closed with effect from [Date], and the balance, if any, be transferred to account no. [New Account Number] with [Bank Name]."
