Option 1: Change Object and Name of Existing LLP
Option 2: Register a New LLP

Recommendation:
If the existing LLP has a clean compliance history, changing its name and object could be a cost-effective solution.

However, if you want a completely fresh start or to avoid any past associations, registering a new LLP is the better choice.
